After two decades in executive search across investment markets in London, Europe and Asia Pacific, Managing Director Warwick Peel forged his Governance career as both an ASIC registered Director since 2009 of private companies, startups, and Non-Profits.

As Co-Founder of Future Directors Institute, that taught Digital & AI Governance and ESG to over 1,000 Gen-X, millennial and Gen-Z emerging alumni, he has been advising boards on Governance and Non-Executive appointments for over one decade. Studying AI Strategy and Ethical AI Governance at MIT-Sloan in 2018, he was involved with KPMG’s Ethical AI submission to CSIRO Data61 in 2019, and he has been an advocate for Responsible AI in Australia and globally since.

Warwick served on the Board of the United Nations Association Australia in Victoria for one decade from 2014, and he maintains his role as Co-Chair of UNAA National Climate Committee.

Warwick is Co-Founder and Council member of GRAIA (Global Responsible AI Assembly), which is an invite-only responsible AI leaders community of over 50 Professors, AI Executives, Non-Execs, Investors and policymakers across more than 30 countries.
